Dave has 20+ years of senior technology and product leadership across wagering, banking, and SaaS, including founding teams behind companies sold for over $300 million. He has built and scaled products under regulatory pressure, managed delivery teams, and sat on both sides of the vendor table. That background is why Free Me Up refuses open-ended retainers and vague “AI strategy” decks: the work has to ship, be owned by your team, and sit inside Privacy Act–aware guardrails.
