We design and implement one live automation or AI workflow with your team. This is not a demo or a prototype. It runs on your real data, in your real systems, with your real staff using it. We train the people who will own it and iterate until adoption is working.
We document what changed, measure the time saving or efficiency gain, and produce a plain-English summary suitable for your board, leadership team, or funders. You also receive a 12-month roadmap showing what to build next and in what order.

We ask for one internal champion who can commit two to three hours per week across the 90 days. This is the person who knows your workflows and will own the automation after handover. Beyond that, we do the heavy lifting.
No. We work with the tools you already use - Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, MYOB, or your existing job management software. We do not require you to buy new platforms or change your core systems.
We agree on what success looks like before we start. If we cannot identify a process where AI will deliver measurable value in the assessment phase, we will tell you before moving to implementation. You will not pay for a build that we do not believe will deliver.
