Is this custom software development?
It’s a thin, fixed-scope tool for one workflow — not a multi-module platform or open-ended build. We prefer to stretch Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero or Zapier first. We only build when off-the-shelf can’t do the job cleanly.
How is this different from the 90-Day AI Pilot?
The Pilot is for AI-in-process: one live AI workflow plus governance. Right-Sized Tools is for when the win is “this app doesn’t exist for how we work.” When you need both, we combine them as R3.
What does a Right-Sized Build cost?

Who owns the tool after handover?
