    What Is an AI Command Centre?

    Do I need any technical knowledge to use this after setup?

    No. Once it is configured, using it is as simple as typing a question into Claude. We make sure you are comfortable before the handover session ends.

    Is my Google data secure?

    Yes. MCP connections use read-only access to your data. Claude can read your GSC and GA4 data but cannot make any changes to your accounts. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

    Does this work with Claude on the free plan?

    MCP connections require Claude Pro at $20 USD per month or the API. We include guidance on the right Claude plan for your usage as part of the setup.

    What if I want to add more tools later?

    Each additional tool connection after the initial setup is $150. Most clients add one or two tools in the first three months as they discover what they want to ask.

    Can you connect tools that are not on your list?

    Possibly. MCP is an open standard and new connectors are being released regularly. Tell us what tools you use in the discovery call and we will check availability.

    How long does the setup take from booking to done?

    Typically three to five business days from the discovery call to completed handover. Most of the time is scheduling, not technical work.

    Can Claude connect to Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook and SharePoint?

    Yes. Microsoft 365 MCP connectors are available for Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. This is particularly useful for clients already using Microsoft 365 who want to extend what Claude can access across their existing tools. Ask about M365 connections in your discovery call.
